PROVEN EXPERIENCE COUNTS
I’ve known Jeanne-Marie Napolitano for many years prior to her run for city councilor. As a First Ward Councilor she worked e hard to upgrade housing in the North End. After losing her bid for at-large, she continued to work with New Visions, Housing Authority, and State & Federal officials to make sure her initial efforts were not forgotten.
Jeanne returned to Council in 2000 serving at-large. She worked with her long-term partners to assure the rebuilding would occur, now known as Newport Heights. Her energy and commitment to our citizens throughout Newport has been unparalleled. As Mayor, she worked to re-energize Broadway from a dilapidated thoroughfare to a vibrant entrance to the city. Napolitano has served as liaison to our Navy Community for over 20 years. There was no job too big or too small. Her record of service in Newport is well known. Napolitano needs your vote to on November 5th to continue to work for you and your family.

ENDORSEMENT
I have known Jeanne-Marie Napolitano for many years and have observed her loyalty and dedication to Newport residents as both mayor and councilor. She is willing to make difficult decisions in the best interest of Newport’s future as times dictate socio-economic needs but with an eye for maintaining our history, culture, beauty, and quality of life. She researches and dedicates time to build alliances near and far for effecting the best outcome for Newport.
New ideas are plentiful and welcome; however, as history dictates, lessons learned have a huge positive impact on how to build a better; productive future. Jeanne has the capacity to work together with respect and continuity for maintaining Newport as first-class, family-oriented community and destination. I totally support Jeanne-Marie Napolitano for Newport City Councilor At-Large.
